Balan Wonderworld Wiki

For Chapter 9's boss whom shares a similar name, and is inspired by Princess Merry, see Princess Marey.

Princess Merry is a character in Balan Wonderworld. She is first seen in the ninth chapter. Princess Merry's name is the stage-name of (an older) Cass Milligan while working at Christmas Rose Park in the novel.

Information[]

Princess Merry is an entertainer whom Atillio Caccini struggled to confess his feelings to. Later on, she marries Caccini and (according to the novel) becomes Cass Caccini.

Merry applied for voice lessons, and while in college, studied the language Lucy Wong spoke.

Appearance[]

Princess Merry has light blue/silver hair which goes down to her shoulders and eyes with the colour of emeralds. She wears a yellow ball gown with short, puffy sleeves and a golden collar that resembles a flower. The dress's skirt goes down to the floor. Merry's hair and eyes gives her a resemblance to Cass Milligan; the novel justifies this by saying that she IS Cass Milligan.

In a scene during the ending, a woman who resembles Cass Milligan can be seen. It is possible that she is actually a form that Princess Merry takes on when she is not working, considering she and Attilio are hanging out, and considering she also resembles Cass, she could also be Cass. The novel confirms both of these.

Trivia[]

  • The novel claims that Attilio thought that Princess Merry was at fault for his fears that she might turn down his proposal. Leo clears her name. ("You lose your nerve and suddenly SHE's the villain in all this!?")
