The Tim Plush (called "Balan Wonderworld soft toy Tim" in a publicity document, and officially called "Tim Plushie [Plush]" by the Square Enix Store) is an official plush of a yellow Tim with bunny ears from Balan Wonderworld. It is currently sold loosely at Square Enix's official website.

The Tim plush is an official plush released on March 2021. It is a soft, round plush of a yellow Tim with bunny ears and blue eyes. It has been used for promotional photos on Balan Wonderworld's official blog. It is priced 2750 yen (including tax) or $39.99 dollars.
It is Approx. W 9.1" x D 7.9" x H 9.8"/Dimensions H 250mm x W 230mm x D 200mm. It is made of polyester.
Tim Keychain[]
The Tim Keychain is an official plush of a yellow Tim with bunny ears from Balan Wonderworld. It is a European/French Balan Wonderworld Preorder bonus. Square Enix allegedly gave them away to various people (streamers/staff) as well.
There is currently little information about the product, but it appears as a smaller variant of the Tim Plush, with a clip-on/keychain to put onto bags/backpacks. When squeezed, it makes a Tim chirp sound.
Dimensions are unknown, though it may also be made of polyester just like the Tim Plush.
